Crafted in small batches from ripe fruit, with just the right amount of cane sugar, a little lemon juice, herbs, spices and other simple ingredients – our jams are the perfect complement to artisan cheese and charcuterie.

These preserves are old school: Perfectly ripened fruit is simmered with sugar and fresh lemon juice, then poured into jars, capped and turned upside down, no additives required. My fave? Peach Ginger.

A friend gave us a jar of the Habanero Marionberry. Went online and found the Blueberry Lemon. I was intrigued by the combination. OMG. This stuff is absolutely delicious.
